Innovative Pain Care is now hiring for the following position:

Job Title:

Seeking a highly motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a team of providers at a small but growing independent interventional pain management clinic.

Job Duties Include, but are not limited to:

• Maintaining a current medical license and DEA license
• Staying up to date with current opioid prescribing guidelines as outlined by CDC, DEA and State of WI
• Communicating and collaborating with supervising physicians regarding treatment plans
• Educating patients regarding interventional pain procedures
• Evaluating and treating 15-22 patients per day
• Keeping accurate documentation of patient encounters and finishing documentation in a timely manner
• Reviewing imaging/ lab reports and making the necessary recommendations based on results
• In Office procedures which include: knee injections, shoulder injection, trigger point injections, bursa injections, occipital nerve blocks
(with on site training)
• Potential travel to off site locations
• Rotation in weekend call schedule (approximately once every 6-8 weeks)
• Assessment postoperative procedures
• Collaborating with fellow advanced practice providers regarding patient care
